Friends on Friday
Today I will introduce you to a couple of very talented ladies, one from Australia and the other from The USA. Completely different styles of work but I find their creations equally fascinating. I am going to find it very difficult to show just a few pieces of their work so I will only feature two artists today.
Webgrrl
Currently residing in Wollongong, Australia, Webgrrl is a digital artist who creates innovative images through graphic design and photography. She is influenced by Psychedelic Trance music, dance and community. You will also see wonderful pictures of her travels around the world.
Shannon Justice of Lollipop Labs Studios
Currently residing in Sparkes, Nevada, USA, Shannon is a freelance artist and designer who is constantly coming up with darling little quirky characters. She is a huge fan of Tim Burton and hopes to work with him one day.

Things on Thursday
A recent addition to the many products that you can customize at Zazzle is the envelope. It comes in several different shapes and sizes. I have had a lot of fun this week making matching cards, envelopes, letterhead and postage (can only be used in the USA) that are all available for individual purchase. Fish
Fish are an endless source of fascination for me, from tiny guppies to big cranky Gropers. They come in so many different shapes, colours, breeds and sizes so you never run out of inspiration. One day I would like to learn to scuba dive so I can go for a swim with them until then I will just have to make do with a trip to "The Marriott Hotel" on the "Gold Coast" where they have a large pool with an artificial reef that is home to some fish. I'm looking forward to my move to Melbourne so I can be a regular at the aquarium. I can just see myself sitting on a nice bench in front of a huge tank armed with sketch book and pencils.
