Todays "Friend on Friday" is Deborah Mazarakes from California in the USA. I will let here describe herself followed by some examples of her work.

I am an independent illustrator and designer. I love Mid-Century Modern and retro design. Many of my designs and illustrations are reminiscent of the 1950s and 60s as well as the 1970s. However, I don't limit myself to that style. I love color and how it can set a mood and send you to a time and place. I am always on the look out for interesting color schemes.
