Friends on Friday - Carol Creech

Cute Animal Art Shop
I don't know this shop owner personally but I came across her accidently while doing one of my other "Friends on Friday" blogs and bought some of her cards. Her art is amazingly detailed, fun, cute and reminds me of childhood story Books. The following is taken from Cute Animal Art Shop's profile:

The creator of the popular Whimbletails™ and Quiltzies™ collections of charming and whimsical animal art, Adele has been a working artist for many years. Trained at universities in the Boston area, including Mass. College of Art, U. Mass. Boston (painting), and Harvard's Peabody Museum (scientific illustration), she has shown her artwork in numerous galleries and three museums, including the Smithsonian. In addition to creating cute animal illustrations, Adele also paints realist landscapes and reverse paintings on Mylar, makes crafts of recycled found objects, ink paintings, jewelry, and experiments with cameraless photography.

Zazzle Gallery Wednesday - Briana Blair
This weeks featured artist is Briana Blair from GA in the United States. I will be showing you some of her work but firstly here is some information taken from her Zazzle Shop Profile.
About Me
Blair Peacock Creations and Mandala Magic are run jointly by myself, Briana Blair, and my husband, Eric Peacock. Eric is responsible for the 3D art, including most of the vampires category, and I do the 2D art and kaleidoscopes. We work jointly on all other aspects of the shops. - Eric and I have been creating art in some form or another since we were children. We've both experimented with many arts and crafts over the years. When the two of us got together, it seemed only natural to partner up in business as well. We both have similar interests, but we also have our differences, and that keeps our art interesting and brings a lot of variety to the customer.
Artistic Interests
Gothic imagery, humor, unusual art & unexpected takes on normal things.
Personal Interests
Creating art, making jewelry.

New Things I Have Made This Week
I have finally been made a basic "Pro Seller" at Zazzle. It's taken me quite a while to get my shops to this level so I am giving myself a pat on the back. I have also done a couple of new paintings and made some products out of some old designs so I will share those with you now.
