This recipe tasted better than the one that turned up in Coles after a Masterchef challenge. It was all prepared and cooked within 30 minutes with very little effort. The only thing I added was several shakes of the Paprika spice bottle ( I know shakes is not the most technical of terms)and a bit of olive oil.
If you do not eat red meat I reckon you could make this just as well with chicken or if you are vegetarian use a heap of extra mushrooms. I'm going to have a go at the other recipe on this card as well.
